SUBCONTURKEY: You will participate in HEFI 2018. Could you inform us about your aim for participating in this exhibition? What are your expectations from HEFI 2018?
Mehmet Gündaş: Even if the final aim of the exhibitions is to ensure the economic development to increase the national and international trade, the main target is to ensure that the companies meet with the customers and the customers meet with various companies from the same sector.
In accordance with this target, we participate in the exhibition to increase our production volume, present information about our production portfolio and introduce our company to the participants in the White goods sector.
Visitors from several countries in the world visit the exhibition organizations. Especially the developing countries have invested in iron and steel and subsidiary products more and more in recent years. Considering the increase in the world population and the developing technology, there is need for foundations to meet the demands in both the domestic and international market.
Within the scope of this approach, we would like to participate in this exhibition with the aim of taking place in the world market as a successful company, informing the participants about our production process certainly, listening to their demands and constituting production processes in accordance with their demands.
As a company operating in this sector for many years, Güler Metal has gained various experiences from each company it has worked with. The company has reinforced these experiences with the increase in the production capacity; thus, it currently works with the most successful companies in the world. As well as every company, our final expectation is to be able to serve more countries and companies. Introducing and marketing products in the same field as the leading companies of the sector do both excite us and fill us with pride. We think this is the most fundamental sense of the exhibitions.
SUBCONTURKEY: Could you evaluate the importance of the exhibition for the sector?
Mehmet Gündaş: As Güler Metal A.Ş., we think that the best part of the exhibitions is that they ensure the environment to gather the smallest producers with the final sellers, also called as production hierarchy, for the same aim. The fact that there is no other structure to do this makes us feel the importance of the exhibitions.
Viewing in the sectoral base, the White goods sector has a very wide supplier range. We think to be able to observe the developments in technology, observe the new products to activate the market basing on the investments made by the companies in R & D works lately, lead the innovation works by opening up the horizon of the companies are the effects which will ensure the sectorial development.
SUBCONTURKEY: Would you like to add more about the exhibition?
Mehmet Gündaş: I hope HEFI 2018 will be efficient for both our company and country. Our country needs this kind of constitutions to not only increase the export volume of our country in the world market but also introduce the companies in our country to the world. We wish this exhibition to add more opinions to our current system in terms of both our country and company.
